Am I a candidate for a breast reduction?

Breast Reduction

Member Response:

You are very likely a good candidate for a breast reduction. However you would need to be seen in person to be absolutely sure and to have a proper evaluation. I am more than happy to see you in New York, but you may prefer to stay in your local region. Good luck.

Breast Reduction

Member Response:

While it is impossible to guarantee cup size, reducing you to an “A”ish cup is basically doing almost a mastectomy and will likely not leave you with a reasonable shape.

Choosing the right operation for you would really require an exam in person. Your medical history is very important as well and this will contribute to the appropriate procedure. Best of luck.

Breast Augmentation

Member Response:

You would need to be evaluated in person. You would need to have Your breast implant surgery history reviewed as well as have an adequate exam to evaluate whether not you have a capsular contracture. There are many ways to treat a capsular contracture and these options would have to be reviewed in person and customized for your specific case.

It is likely that your scar can be revised. You would have to be seen in person to be properly evaluated. Good luck.

Member Response:

Diabetes in and of itself is not a contraindication. If your diabetes is well controlled you should be able to undergo surgery. Good luck.

Member Response:

Congratulations! I treat a lot of weight loss patients. The fee for a brachioplasty will vary from surgeon to surgeon. Make sure you go to some one with a lot of experience. Good luck

It really depends upon who you go to and what you need to have done. Best of luck.

Nose bump

Rhinoplasty

Member Response:

I’m sorry. At this point you have to let things heal and settle down. If the bump is still present at a year then perhaps a revision might be necessary.

It’s always best to get down to your goal weight before undergoing a breast reduction. However if you are unable to do so, you still can undergo a breast reduction. You would have to be seen in person to be properly evaluated. Good luck

Breast Reduction

Member Response:

You would need to be seen in person to be properly evaluated. It sounds by your description that you are a reasonable candidate. As long as you are of adult size and are no longer growing. In addition, if you are not an emancipated minor then you would need your parents’ permission. Good luck!

Hi. A breast reduction is a reasonable thing to have done if you are unhappy with your large breasts. Best to see you in person.

Breast Augmentation using Fat Grafting

Breast Augmentation

Member Response:

I have used fat for breast augmentation but in general I prefer to use implants because I think they give a more reliable result. Hope to see you soon!

Breast Augmentation with Liposuction

Liposuction

Member Response:

Often , several areas certainly can be liposuctioned at the same time. With an 80 lb weight loss often the skin is very loose and lipo may not be the right procedure. You may require skin excision.

Should I get a rhinoplasty?

Rhinoplasty

Member Response:

I do not see a photo. If you are unhappy with the appearance of your nose, then you may want to see a plastic surgeon for evaluation. Good luck.

What should I expect to need after my weight loss?

Body Contouring

Member Response:

Usually, you should wait until your weight stabilizes before considering surgery for the loose skin. I have treated many weight loss patients over the years and each one is different. Most start off having their abdomen treated whether alone or combined with a lower body lift. Then they may opt for breast, arm, upper back, thigh and even facelifting to name a few.

Age limitation

Tummy Tuck

Member Response:

There is not a specific age cut off, per se. If you are healthy individual you can undergo certain surgical procedures. I have treated several patients in their 70s performing faceliftson them. If you are a good candidate for Tummy tuck it is not unreasonable as long as you’re healthy. You would have to be evaluated In person.

Alternative to threadlift

Thread Lift

Member Response:

In my opinion, a threadlift does not last. You likely are better off with a facelift.
