I had breast augmentation performed by Dr. Dascombe. I went from a 34A to a 34C. I did, however, have a few complications after surgery that I felt were overlooked and brushed off. His staff members were very helpful and kind. Overall, I am extremely happy with the end results. My scars are very minimal. It's a great feeling to be able to wear whatever I want and not have to worry about stuffing my bra anymore!

Let me start with there website, very informative all credentials are displayed for all doctors, plenty of before and after pics, and prices!!! I stalked there website for 2 years before I got the guts to go for it. They have a satellite offices through out Georgia to accommodate many locations. Every single staff member is amazing I've called just to cry to them! Another unique thing is 98% of the staff has had some procedure done so they can share there first hand account very helpful. Now to the amazing Dr. Dascombe he is so sweet very thoughtful caring and understanding. After my consult I received a hand written card. Before surgery he called just to calm my nerves and after surgery he randomly calls about every 3-5 days to check in. He does amazing work he has written papers on wound healing and works with cancer patients. His bed side manner is impeccable very thoughtful and covers everything. His work is stunning he is a perfectionist! He was honest and willing to listen to what you want but he will do it safely. He has mastered a regiment to avoid infection. I can't say enough of good things about him. He changed my life forever in all the best ways possible!

To be short & to the point....LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my results!!!!! You WILL NOT GO WRONG with Dr. Dascombe & his team. Lot's of hesitation at first, only because it was my face however, he immediately put me at ease as he truly listened to my concerns. After much reflection, I made the decision to proceed and I'm so happy I did. Bye, bye double chin!!! My family was strongly against me doing this but now, clearly feel I made the right decision after seeing my results; very natural & refreshed. My experience all around was delightful. Had tummy tuck, lipo and lift and is a great physician and great results

In my mid 40's I found myself outgrowing my 32H bras. My back and neck hurt constantly - I was on a first name basis with my chiropractor and his staff. Not only was I feeling like an old woman or a worn out milk cow with breasts hanging to my waist, I had to special order bras, clothing was nearly impossible to find, and I was always limiting my activities based on how awkward it would be for my breasts. As a young person, I was very active - dance, theater, swimming, hiking, etc. Now, only in my 40s, I hated it ALL because of my breasts. In November 2015, Dr. Dascombe removed about 2 1/2 lbs from each breast (I still have an E cup!) and I feel at least 10 years younger! Surgery was in his outpatient center and took about 2 hours. I went home the same afternoon and was shopping with my daughter in three days! I had no drains, scarring is already nearly gone, and the new shape is beautiful and perky! I actually went to a formal event in a backless dress!!! So exciting! I have a new lease on life - I wish I had done this years ago! Sorry I have no photos to share.

Dr. William Dascombe at The Georgia Institute for Plastic surgery is the GREATEST! I cannot say enough about the professionalism and courteous service that I received from the first appointment to the last. Dr. Dascombe is a true artist and a complete gentleman. His staff is also wonderfully supportive. Not only is the doc a skilled surgeon with over 20 years experience in this field, he was well able to handle my husband - who was NOT supportive at all. Dr. D never lost his temper, even when my husband was completely rude to him. Plus, he took care to ask me every time whether or not my husband had settled down (he eventually did). I was very impressed and highly recommend Dr. Dascombe and his team!

After undergoing MOHs to remove skin cancer on my back, I was left with five huge deep holes that resembled gunshot wounds. Dr. Dascombe was able to close them up and continues to monitor my progress. The surgery was last October and it is now September. The scars are healing well and someday I will be able to wear a backless dress again thanks to his surgical skill and precision. I remain a loyal patient.

I had my first breast implants 25 years ago. I was very pleased with the results. I never had any problems, until about 4 years ago when I notice that one seemed to be decreasing in size. It became progressively worse and I went back to my doctor and was told that it was normal for them to have a slow leak after about 20-25 years. I scheduled to have new implants done and was again pleased, or at least I thought I was. Months later, I started noticing that the same breast was decreasing in size as it had before. When I called the surgeon back to get an appointment, I was told that he had retired and moved to Florida. When I started searching for another plastic surgeon, I had remembered hearing good things about Dr. Dascombe at The Georgia Institute for Plastic Surgery in Savannah, Ga. I called for information and found that he comes to my hometown once a week and I immediately made an appointment. What I did not know was that I had made the best choice I could have ever made. Not only is Dr. Dascombe the best surgeon, but his staff is also the BEST...They all go the extra mile to make sure that your experience with cosmetic surgery is simple and stress free. The entire procedure went smoothly from the first appointment to the last. Dr. Dascombe listens to what you have to say and does his very best to do exactly what you ask. In my case, he did exactly what I asked and more. I could not have been happier. The pain was minimal. I had the surgery done on a Friday and went back to work on Tuesday. I could have gone back on Monday, but I scheduled off because I was not sure of what to expect. The first & second implants I had went okay, but the follow up was nothing like Dr. Dascombe. I only went back for one follow up with the first doctor and it was short and sweet. My follow up with Dr. Dascombe has consisted of 4 follow up appointments in which the nurse and Dr. Dascombe showed me the proper way to massage my breasts to ensure that I do not have scar tissue. I cannot say enough about how professional & courteous the staff treated me. i will definitely choose Dr. Dascombe for my next cosmetic surgery and I highly recommend that you do the same.
