Our AAAASF Accredited Facility
Dr. Paydar conducts all of his surgeries at his AAAASF accredited state-of-the-art facility, Newport Aesthetic Surgery Center, where a board-certified anesthesiologist is present. His exceptional staff performs both consultations and surgeries at the onsite outpatient surgery center, making it easier for his patients on the day of their procedure. This is a convenience we provide to our patients that not every plastic surgeon can offer. Our facility stands out with its bright, inviting space, clean and luxurious rooms, and accessible location. With an onsite accredited surgery center, private recovery spaces, numerous consultation rooms, and knowledgeable, empathetic staff, we ensure our patients are treated to the ultimate experience. Our non-surgical skin rejuvenation treatments are conducted by our board certified Dermatologist, Helia Eragi, in our minor procedure rooms. Every detail of our facility is designed to make you feel safe and comfortable before and after your procedure.

Dr Paydar is gifted with astounding surgical skills and artistic proficiency in sculpturing the body to his patients desires. He did my breast revision 2 yrs ago and went to him again for a tummy tuck 5 wks ago. I could not be happier with the results on both procedures. Only at 5 wks post op, I am very happy with my tummy tuck results. He is very attentive to his patients, he really listens to you so you get the results that you want. I feel that is one of the reasons he is truly a remarkable Plastic Surgeon. Even though I was nervous on the day of both my surgeries I knew I was in good hands. Post op pain was not bad due to the pain mgt technique that he uses and I took all the information and tips that he gave me and it was a smooth process overall. Words can't even begin to describe how amazing Dr. Paydar and his staff are. I instantly fell in love after meeting with them. I had been to a handful of consultations with other plastic surgeons but I knew my search was over when I met Dr. P. He was so honest and detailed that I really didn't have any questions after. I ended up needing to have my gallbladder removed 5 weeks after having surgery with Dr. P and he made himself available for anything I needed and even spoke to the surgeon performing my procedure to avoid any issues with my recent tummy tuck (I got many compliments on my incisions while in the hospital.) He is the absolute best at what he does. Could not be happier with my results! MaryAnna has also been an absolute angel and will answer any and all questions no matter when you text her. I could not have made a better decision than Dr. P and his staff.
Dr. Paydar and his team have given me the boost of confidence I've always wanted. I had a consultation with Dr. Paydar and MaryAnna in November for a breast augmentation. Both were thorough and helpful throughout the whole process. I felt like my input was being heard and both understood what I wanted in terms of projection and size. All my questions were answered prior to my surgery so I felt at ease going into it. Ultimately, Dr. Paydar helped me decide on the right size for my body type/frame and I couldn't be happier!
