Dr. Torabi spent many years diligently learning the art of liposculpture, breast augmentation and reconstruction, facial rejuvenation, body contouring, and more. To become the best surgeon for his patients, Dr. Torabi has also received extensive training in Burn and Wound Care, Hand Surgery, Migraine Surgery, and Reconstruction after Skin Cancer Excision.
He is a member of American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and is also a clinical professor at the Mayo Clinic Of Arizona Plastic Surgery Division. What went wrong
Neck LiftMember Response:
Nothing went wrong. Some bands may remain especially in animation. You would have to cut these bands in multiple areas and tighten in the middle and lateral neck. You could also try Botox to decrease the appearance
Redo breasts?

How to improve my side profile?
Chin SurgeryMember Response:
Jaw Surgery: If you have a significant overbite where your upper teeth protrude over the lower teeth, jaw surgery may be recommended. This procedure can help align your jaws and improve the bite relationship between your upper and lower teeth. Chin Implant: If your overbite doesn't require correction through jaw surgery, you can explore the option of a chin implant. A chin implant can enhance the appearance of your chin, giving it more projection and balance with your other facial features.

Tummy tuck is an excellent option as long as you are otherwise medically healthy, and non smoker. Other options are for medical weightloss and get to a healthy place for the best aesthetic results with the abdominoplasty.
Plastysmaplasty neck lift

It matters what you are dealing with and I tailor the neck lifts to patients needs. For neck lifts I cut the bands and tighten in the midline then cut platysma laterally and suture laterally as well.
Wound Care

This will heal it may take some time but usually within 1-2 weeks. It may just be a spitting suture.

Delayed Diep Flap after NSM

It’s dependent on how the tissues are weather the nipple can be saved. Sometimes too scarred for that. And for the implant part we do implants with DIEP with radiation and without most of it is dependent on skin and soft tissues

It depends on the breast and what the issue is with the different sizes. It is possible to add fat for symmetry.

You don’t get capsular contracture without an implant. Capsular contracture is build up of excess scar tissue around an implant. It does look like you built extra scar tissue in that left breast. I would massage and see how it does. Takes about 6 months for breasts to take their shape.
Cartilage For Rhinoplasty

Do you have any pictures. Have you had any previous rhinoplasty work. Yes you can add cartilage to soften the dorsal hump.
Reuse of Sientra implants?

Reusing the implant is ok specially if it’s only 6 months from original surgery. It does not do anything to the warranty.
