Can a reduction get me to a C cup?

Hi Jamie, the information you send show you have a large breast, so for sure you require a inverted T scar for your surgery. Breast Reducción can decrease your cup 1-3 sizes, it up to the anatomical references and what are you trying to get so it should be discused with your surgeon. Reduction Mamoplasty helps a lot to feel less tired and some times less back pain so it worth it!

Reduction mammoplasty itself involves reducing the volume of the breast to improve the symptoms associated with tissue overweight. However, if the result is not as you were expecting, the volume can always be recovered with breast implants that produce a better filling of the upper pole that lasts over time. Talk to your surgeon.

MH is related to certain anesthesia medication, specially inhaled gases; you should be checked for your cardiac and renal function before surgery; it you are in good health conditions your tummy could be done avoiding the medication that causes MH.
Is ultrasonic rhinoplasty legit?

Hi Marinaleva, Ultrasonic Rhinoplasty is a thecnique used to reduce swelling and bruising, it use a machine called piezotome witch works with minimal ultrasonic movements to make a more accurate bone cuts and tissue shaping, so it is a good option.

Some time after anybreast surgery using implants you will get some breast tissue lose of volumen, you can get rippling even using silicone implants, there are diferent type of silicone gels, implants shapes that produces more rippling than others, check your implants certification or clinical records. You can get a new surgery to improve rippling: change to under muscular plane if it is over the muscle, use a new full filled implant, poliuretane covered implant, fat grafting, flaps, dermic acelular matrix or others... You have to check a surgeon to check what is the best option in your case.
I felt my nose graft shift. Did I do any permanent damage?

Nose grafts, especially columellar struts can be fixed or mobile from the beginning depending on what you are looking for. Over time the nose can change or after a blow or something similar maneuver, if you notice that your nose loses support, the columella is deformed or other changes it could be explained whit a graft displacement or fracture; If there are aesthetic changes that bother you, it is better to consult with your surgeon.
Masculinizing Chest Surgery

Hi Gibby, Chest surgery is an important step in your transition, it is recommended that you have got at least 1 year hormone replacement, there are different techniques you can get to make your chest look more masculine; it’s up to the volume we should remove; most of the cases require a horizontal scar in the inframammary fold and around the nipple areola complex; I prefer preserve the nipple circulation, it gets better results in the long term. Nipple areola sensation couldn’t be preserve in all cases. I have done some surgeries in international patient who had made money recovery to their assurance; just ask to them.

Yes, you can get a large breast reduction as you want; you probaly will require a T scar to get it and you can lose your nipple areola sensation. Always consider the best aestethic result with your surgeon.
Should I consider a Breast Augmentation?

All women have different breast sizes and forms and usually there are some diferents between one breast to other, one foot to other and so on... reading your description you probably have a tuberous breast (search for that) and it can be corrected used combined breast lift and augmentation without damage to your breast even at your age; we usually wait until 20 to do breast surgery correction so.. go on.
Broken nose

After one year it can be corrected at surgery with a new controlled bone fracture (osteotomy), it could be done under regional anesthesia and sedation but I really don´t recommend that; patient can move in the middle of the surgery and can get hurt. After nasal reconstructive procedures mainly after trauma part of the inicial deformities can come back after some moths becase of scar and the healing of the bone tissue, usually minimal when it happens.

The scar incision are usually make in the best hidden place up to the areas to be treated, we can use some scars if the pacient already have some ones and do it again to try to get a better one if it doesnt look very well, every case is a different one so we can do different ports considering patient desires.

Hello Episkey After a Reduccion mamoplasty breast will get large swelling that will reduce in next weeks after the procedure and the final Size will be got at 3-6 moths, the shape will also change with time. So take it easy and wait to final result patiently. After that consider and additional treatment if it is required.

Hello Lisa. Glad to read you got a good result. Best treatment and permanent result for forehead wrinkles is frontoplasty. For treatment of crows feet you probably requiere treatment whit Botulin toxine (every 6 months) you can also treat forehead dinamic wrinkles. For static wrinkles could require and additional filler. We can also improve the eyelides skin after blefaroplasty whit additional treatments like plasma soft surgery (plexer, plasmage technology) or skin resurfacing whit laser. But it should be done after 6-12 months after the blefaroplasty. Your case should be evaluated personal to chose the best treatment.
