Georgina Nichols, MD, is an ASPS Member plastic surgeon who is board certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery® and trained specifically in plastic surgery. ASPS members operate only in accredited medical facilities, adhere to a strict code of ethics and fulfill continuing medical education requirements in plastic surgery, including training in patient safety techniques. Meet Dr. Georgina Nichols
Dr. Nichols has a welcoming demeanor, and her compassionate and individualized approach brings many patients into our Boca Raton office. She works to form connections with each patient and customizes their procedure(s) to address their specific concerns with their face or body. Her background and experiences living all over the world have shown her that understanding patients’ needs and desires for their appearance, and treating them as unique individuals, leads to the best results. Her consultations with patients build trust and forge a strong doctor-patient relationship. She is fluent in three languages: Spanish, French, and English.
Beauty is in the small details. Dr. Nichols uses her aesthetic eye and feminine touch to modify her surgical technique and fine-tune results, so each patient achieves a beautiful outcome. She joined The Boca Raton Plastic Surgery Center in 2025 after relocation from her initial practice in California where she helped countless patients improve their appearance.
Georgina Nichols, MD, is a military spouse. Her husband is in the U.S. Air Force, which has given them the opportunity to experience different areas of the United States and other countries. She is the proud daughter of Venezuelan engineers and the mother of a bilingual son. Dr. Nichols enjoys spending time with her family and loves to cook, play tennis, and watch documentaries. She has now taken the task to get her pickleball game to another level. She travels when she can and appreciates interacting with different cultures of people.
Facilities
The Boca Raton Plastic Surgery Center was established at its current location, 950 Glades Road in 1990 by Dr. Cristina Keusch. The Center was established for the evaluation and comprehensive treatment of our plastic surgery patients. The Center is committed to excellence and safety.
Since its inception, the facility has been modified regularly to provide the latest in surgical treatment modalities and safety measures. An intimate and private experience awaits. Our state-of-the-art outpatient surgical facility has been serving patients since 1990.
The Boca Raton Plastic Surgery Center is easily accessible and located in the heart of Boca Raton. Our easy-access location is just east of I-95 and directly across the street from Florida Atlantic University. The Boca Raton Regional is conveniently located less than a mile from our office.
