Dr. Trupiano began his undergraduate studies at Wayne State University before completing medical school at the Wayne State University School of Medicine in 1997. Next, he completed his residency in General Surgery at Akron General Medical Center in Ohio. Then, he completed two fellowships – one in hand and microsurgery at the Wake Forest University School of Medicine in North Carolina and one in plastic surgery at the Wayne State University Detroit Medical Center. Since 2005, he has been in practice as one of the leading plastic surgeons in the Metro Detroit area.

I have been going to Dr Trupiano for years. A variety of different procedures. All with awesome outcomes. Dr Trupiano and his staff are wonderful! He has a fantastic bedside manner. He doesn’t just do procedures for the sake of doing them to make money. He is honest and thoughtful! I have had had such great experience with him that I’ve recommended him to family and friends. I can’t believe this is my body ! Dr. Trupiano and Kristy made me feel comfortable right from my initial consultation. They were always available if you had any concerns or questions. The whole process was great and I couldn’t be any happier with my results. A huge thank you to the whole entire staff for doing what you do , it really did change my life.
I will start off with saying you will never find another surgeon and staff as friendly and professional. After having several other consults I knew Dr.Trupiano was my number one pick. I was referred to him by a friend and also loved his staff and his professionalism. My results are amazing , his knowledge and honesty was key to me. Currently I am 5 weeks post op from a full tummy tuck and 360 lipo and muscle repair. I bounced back great and followed all of his instructions. My pain was very minimal 4/10 and I believe it’s because of his work and my prepping I did. If you need a knowledgeable / honest / clean / BOARD CERTIFIED surgeon he is who you are looking for. Do your homework like I did and you will be happy. I will definitely be going back in the future if I wanted any other work. Shoutout to Kristy for helping me with all my scheduling and giving me the confidence to book and do it, love my results !

I can't thank Dr. Trupiano enough! I was struggling with gynecomastia for most of my life.
