Meet Dr. Paul Fortes


Dr. Paul Fortes is a double board-certified plastic surgeon who has dedicated his career to aesthetic plastic surgery. He completed his plastic and reconstructive surgery training at McGraw Medical Center of Northwestern University in Chicago after completing a general surgery residency at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, serving as chief resident during both programs. He is certified by both the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery.  
Since entering private practice in Houston in 1998, Dr. Fortes has performed more than 10,000 surgical procedures and developed expertise in facial rejuvenation, rhinoplasty, breast enhancement, body contouring, mommy makeover surgery, and post-weight-loss reconstruction. His philosophy is that aesthetic surgery should never be one-size-fits-all. Every treatment plan is customized to the patient’s anatomy, goals, and lifestyle to achieve results that are balanced, elegant, and natural in appearance.  
Dr. Fortes combines the scientific rigor of surgery with an artist’s appreciation for proportion, harmony, and detail. He is known for his meticulous surgical technique, thoughtful judgment, and commitment to patient safety. Equally important, he believes that trust, communication, and integrity are the foundation of every successful patient relationship.
