A consultation with Dr. Geldner is the first step toward an improved you.
During the initial visit, it is important for Dr. Geldner to learn the details for your situation and for you to learn what surgical techniques Dr. Geldner recommends.You should discuss why you want the surgery, your expectations and desired outcome. In addition, you will also have the opportunity to discuss topics such as the location where your surgery will be performed, anesthesia and recovery time.

No. It is very unexpected for implants to rupture within 6 months. Unexpected but not impossible. An MRI would give a much more better evaluation of the implant than a CT scan. The firmness is a separate but possibly confounding part of what is happening. Contact you surgeon for guidance.

I came to Dr. Geldner for a dog bite on my nose that required 5 stitches. It was definitely a scary time, but Dr. Geldner was so kind, helpful and understanding. Dr. Peter Geldner is one of the greatest plastic surgeons ever. He was doing his residency at UTMB Galveston,TX . It was October 8,1988 when I (Sherrie) was a young 16 year old girl that had a severe car wreck. I had a completely crushed face that required a total reconstruction of the face and man oh man did he do an amazing job. He and Dr. Robert McCaully did an amazing job rebuilding my face. I was so afraid of what I'd look like and he was so kind and gentle he sat and talked with me and my family about everything. I'm sooooo thankful and blessed he was there to take care of me and follow me in the clinic for weeks to months to come. I never got the chance to thank him for saving my life. I'm now 53 and need some things corrected that had to wait. I will definately be making an appt and driving hours to see him again and have him do what I need done . I TRUST him even after all these years. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Geldner. With all this said a huge THANK YOU Dr.Geldner for everything you've done for me in Oct 1988.
