Dr. Cem Berkay Sinaci, MD is a European and Turkish board-certified plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgeon practicing in Istanbul, Turkey, and a Fellow of the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (EBOPRAS). He welcomes patients from abroad, with a large international patient base from English-speaking countries.

His practice is dedicated primarily to surgical facial rejuvenation. The majority of his cases are face and neck lifts including deep plane facelift and SMAS facelift, eyelid blepharoplasty, brow lifts, lip lifts, platysmaplasty, facial fat injection, CO2 laser skin resurfacing, and rhinoplasty. This concentration on the face — performing these procedures week after week — has shaped a philosophy of natural, harmonious results: patients should look like a fresher version of themselves, never pulled or overdone. He also performs body and breast procedures, including breast augmentation, breast lift, breast reduction, breast lift with implants, tummy tuck, and liposuction.

Dr. Sinaci's international training includes fellowships with world-renowned plastic surgeons and hands-on facial cadaver dissection trainings. He regularly attends international courses and congresses on facial surgery to keep his techniques at the forefront of the specialty.

International patients start with a free photo consultation. Our patient coordination team collects your photos, medical history, and goals, and Dr. Sinaci reviews your case and sends his personal assessment and surgical recommendations. Follow-up questions are answered through his assistant at no charge, so you can take your time and decide with confidence.

Patients who wish to go further can book a paid video consultation with Dr. Sinaci to discuss the plan face to face, or proceed directly to booking surgery after the free photo consultation. If you book your surgery, the video consultation fee is fully deducted from your surgical fee.

Facilities

Dr. Sinaci performs all major surgery under general anesthesia at a JCI-accredited hospital in Istanbul, meeting the same international safety and quality standards as leading hospitals in the US and Europe, with full anesthesia teams and modern operating suites.

Procedures suitable for local anesthesia — such as lip lift, upper blepharoplasty, chin liposuction — may be performed either at Dr. Sinaci's fully equipped private clinic or at the JCI-accredited hospital, according to the patient's needs and comfort.

Consultations and all pre- and post-operative care take place at his private clinic in Istanbul, designed for the comfort and privacy of international patients.
