Danielle DeLuca-Pytell, MD

Inevitably, when people meet me, they want to talk about plastic surgery. It's easy to ask your girlfriend questions when it doesn't feel like you're in an office, especially when we're all having a glass of wine. From breasts to Botox to bellies after babies, almost everyone wants to talk about it. So think of me as Your Girlfriend the Plastic Surgeon. Just without the glass of wine.

Meet Dr. Danielle DeLuca-Pytell

http://delucapytell.com/about/I am a wife, mom, and native Metro Detroiter who loves 80’s music. Chances are, I am a lot like you. After 10 years of practice in New York, I returned to Michigan and worked with Dr. Anthony Youn, MD.  I opened my own solo practice in January 2019. I specialize in breast and body contouring, surgical and nonsurgical facial rejuvenation, surgical and nonsurgical female intimate rejuvenation, and cosmetic surgery after weight loss.

Your Consultation

It’s not easy to talk to a new doctor about private and intimate concerns, especially dressed in a paper gown.  We get that.  You will meet Dr. DeLuca-Pytell in her office.  There, with everyone in their street clothes, you will have the opportunity to have a conversation with Dr. DeLuca-Pytell about your concerns.  She will ask you about your medical history (and, if you are wearing awesome shoes, where you found them)!   When is time for the examination, you will be brought to an exam room where you will change for an exam, then back into your clothes once the exam is complete.  Dr. DeLuca-Pytell will then finish the consultation with you in our consultation room where you will stay until your visit is complete.  There, you will also have the opportunity to meet with our practice manager and patient coordinator, Andrea, who will review the business aspects of your visit and planned surgery.

Facilities

I perform surgery in one of three locations:

1.  My office procedure room, where small surgeries such as upper blepharoplasty, labiaplasty, Aveli cellulite treatment, scar revision, and small areas of liposuction can be performed comfortably with local anesthesia and Pro-Nox.
2.  LaBelle Surgery Center, a fully accredited free standing operating suite.  This is staffed with an anesthesiologist and nurses.  It is across the road from St. Joe Pontiac Hospital.
3.  Ascension Providence Rochester Hospital, formerly known as Crittenton.

Where in Philadelphia area can I get a thread lift

Thread Lift

Member Response:

Hi Bonnie, My advice: do not get a thread lift done. My personal experience is 100% failure or complication. There was also a recent paper showing the same. ddp

Breast Lift

Member Response:

Hi MNicole, thank you for your questions. Every time a plastic surgeon makes an incision, a scar will result. Scars can heal with a fine line or a wider line. While some of this is technique, other contributing factors are the patient's skin quality and how their own body heals. Most scars take between one and two years to mature and lose their red or pink color. Also, I find that the perception of how a scar has healed varies among the people who have them. There is no scarless breast lift. Revisions can happen for different reasons. If someone has a wound healing problem and an unattractive scar develops, that could be a reason. Skin laxity can change with aging, so that could be another reason. Weight changes can also lead to needing revisions (usually for weight loss but not always). While in general breast lifts are long lasting, breasts do age and change with time. As far as revision rates are concerned, the best way would be to ask the surgeon you are seeing.
