Assoc. Prof. Güncel Öztürk, MD, FEBOPRAS, is a European board-certified plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgeon based in Istanbul, Türkiye. He completed his medical education and plastic surgery residency at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine and further advanced his training through international fellowships. His practice focuses on rhinoplasty, facial aesthetics, breast surgery and hair restoration, with particular expertise in preservation rhinoplasty. Dr. Öztürk has developed innovative surgical techniques, authored numerous peer-reviewed scientific publications, and lectures at national and international meetings.
