Dr. Jules Walters is considered one of the best plastic surgeons in Covington, Metairie, and throughout Louisiana. A New Orleans native, Dr. Walters is double board-certified, holding certification as a plastic surgeon and a general surgeon and specializes in cosmetic procedures for the face, breast, and body.
After more than a decade of intense surgical training and learning from experts in the field, Dr. Walters opened his own private practice to fulfill his mission of offering patients modern results in a modern atmosphere.
