Plastic surgery is an important personal decision and event in your life. Enhancing and improving your natural assets are the objective of plastic surgery, so procedures are designed specifically around your needs and desires, keeping in mind what is appropriate for you. This is the guiding principle in my plastic surgery practice: natural, subtle improvements, instead of artificial, radical changes.
Essential to being able to help you achieve this " better version of you " is understanding your expectations and desires. In general, plastic surgery can make us look and feel younger, eliminate or minimize physical imperfections, and help us be more confident about the way we look. But only through an open, trusting patient-doctor relationship can a doctor come to understand what constitutes a successful outcome in each patient's eyes. This is why I believe that the ultimate success of any plastic surgery procedure begins with your first visit to our office. My goal is to fully understand the results you wish to obtain and to communicate to you what can be achieved through the latest plastic surgery techniques and procedures being performed today. Investing time and effort in building a strong, trusting doctor-patient relationship, one that allows the patient to ask the right questions and to make informed, careful decisions, is simply the best way I know to ensure that you are happy with your results.

At Dr. Nikolov's practice, we recognize that plastic surgery is an important personal decision and event in your life. The entire staff at Dr. Nikolov's office is dedicated to the highest standard of care and results, while maintaining your privacy and confidentiality and treating you, our patient, with the utmost professionalism and respect.
Ensuring good communication between you and Dr. Nikolov is our primary concern when planning your surgery. In your initial consultation, you'll be asked to explain in detail why you are contemplating plastic surgery and how you hope to look and feel afterward. It is important to set aside any awkwardness you might feel, and speak candidly about the changes you would like to see with Dr. Nikolov. You should feel completely assured that you and Dr. Nikolov understand one another.
During your pre-operative visits, we will also evaluate your health, conduct a physical exam, take pre-operative photographs, and explain which surgical techniques are most appropriate for you. You will discuss the type of anesthesia to be used, the type of facility where the surgery will be performed, and the possible, and cost involved.
Facilities
A pleasant operating room environment and our patient's safety are our utmost concerns. Therefore, surgeries are performed in an accredited outpatient surgical facility using only board-certified anesthesiologists and nurses. However, some procedures may be performed at a local hospital when necessary.

Dr Nikolov, I don't know where to begin with how much you changed my life. As a 27-year-old girl who is not overweight. I always struggled with an unflattering, not flat stomach. No matter if I was 105 pounds or 150 pounds. My stomach was never able to get flat. It has been something that always bothered me to the point where I never wore bathing suites but 2 times in my whole life (and I hated it). I always wore baggy shirts and just absolutely hated my tummy. I thought there was no fix but to do a tummy tuck with a horrible scar. Dr. Nikolov preformed the BodyTite and Liposuction on my abdomen and I have never been happier in life. The hour after my surgery, I could already see my stomach was flat and I actually cried from how happy and grateful I was. Oh, and not to mention, NO scars!!!! Doctor, your amazing work has changed my life and my confidence level. Not to mention, you are funny, and so nice, and made me feel comfortable during the whole process. Dr Nikolov did my liposuction, and I can not express how happy I am with the results . His work is amazing , and such flawless natural looking results . He's also so gentle that I did not have any bruising and healed really fast. His office staff is terrific and very accommodating as well . I highly recommend him . I will admit it. I got a nose job from Dr Nikolov. And yes he was THAT brilliant that I'm writing a public yelp review on him. I was interested (and frightened) about getting a rhinoplasty. For years I considered it but it wasn't until my neighbor referred me to Dr Nikolov that I realized I had finally found a caliber surgeon. She sort of name dropped some celebrities he had worked on. Then she pointed to her nose and boobs as further evidence of his magic. It all looked GREAT. Nothing was obvious which is what I was looking for. I googled him and saw some of his make-overs on network shows. So I finally made an appointment to meet with him. He was cool, personable, nice, and really listened to what I wanted. But more importantly he stressed that he erred on the conservative side. He, like me, was NOT a fan of those super tacky, obvious nose jobs that litter the streets of Beverly Hills. So I took the plunge entrusting my face in this man's hands. The surgery itself was obviously painless since you're knocked out. But after waking up I felt completely fine! I literally took NO PAIN meds! It's been 3 weeks and I'm camera ready. By 2 weeks I was pretty much looking normal. But most importantly: this man... Has sculpted... The BEST nose I could have asked for! It's better than the photoshop he did of what it would sort of look like. I look amazing... AND no one can tell. Which is exactly what I wanted. Everyone just thinks I look refreshed. He took off my bump, raised the tip just a hair, and created the most natural looking awesome nose ever. I'm so happy with his work. -FK
Dr. Nikolov is both a gifted surgeon and artist. He has tremendous experience with traditional surgeries, cutting-edge technologies (often for minimally invasive procedures), and injectables. His mini-tummy tuck with the BodyTite is superb (its no surprise that he trains so many other surgeons on the procedure), as is his Morpheus/FaceTite lower face/neck lift. I have personally benefitted from several of his procedures, including some corrective work from past indiscretions. There is no question that had I wish I had met him sooner! Dr. Nikolov's manner is quite charming from the moment you meet him through all of your follow-up appointments. There is no Jekyll & Hyde persona after a procedure. He is not a salesman and is rather conservative in his approach. Most importantly, Dr. Nikolov is incredibly honest and straight-forward. As he takes great pride in his work, results are even better than described. Finally, The Nikolov Center's medical coordinator and nurse, Hope, is a true professional. While she is disarmingly beautiful, warm and thoughtful, she is very transparent about procedures, downtime, and pricing. There are no surprises. -Hollywood B.

My wife had a very complicated revision septorhinoplasty by Dr Nikolov. He is a passionate, caring, and highly skilled surgeon. Every procedure including the complicated septorhinoplasty was performed with the best outcome. We saw numerous doctors for the septo/rhino and many of them wanted to harvest rib cartilage, but Dr N was confident he could successfully perform the surgery without rib cartilage. He was 100% correct. Her breathing went from 0% on one side to 100%. His attention to detail, his soft hands, and dedicated follow up visits were very professional. He dedicated so much time before, during, and after the surgery. The results look amazing. World class surgeon with a great sense of humor! Dr. Nikolov is an artist. I went to him for a consultation on my ruptured implants. He sat with me looked at the images I had and my General Practitioners findings and gave me very advice and suggestions of what the procedure would be and the risks. This was a very difficult time for me, it was not just cosmetic it was a threat to my health. He was very conservative and kind, suggested I see other plastic surgeons if it would make me comfortable and I did just that. I returned to Dr. Nikolov because all the others wanted to do al sorts of other elective procedure. Thank god I did. It was a long and complicated removal process, and my results, (he did replace the old implants with a smaller set), are amazingly perfect and natural. I dont look like I have had augmentation. They are exactly as I wanted! He listened, he gave advice, and he worked with my other doctors for my health and well being. Isn't that what we all want!? Highly recommend him and his staff.
