In general scars take 9-12 months to fully mature and will continue to change over time. Depending on you skin type and quality the scars can change quite dramatically during the first several month. It is important to have regular follow up appointments with your surgeon so that the recovery process can be monitored over time. There are some additional measures that may help the scar as it heals - these may include silicone scar sheets/gel or scar laser treatments.
Breast Implants removed well, but the right nipple looks more like a dimple

Time and patience are your best friends during the early recovery period since in usually takes at least 4-6 months to see appreciable changes from skin contraction. Your breasts will go through a number of changes in appearance during recovery. If you still have some residual contour irregularity after 9-12 months, treating the area with filler or fat grafting may be possible and a good solution to address shape and symmetry. Breast implants are designed as single use devices, In my opinion, the safest and best thing to do is to replace the implant with a new one. There are many theories regarding the origins of capsular contracture and residual biofilm on the existing implant may further increase your chance of having a recurrent capsular contracture. While there are many acceptable ways to perform revision breast surgery, in my practice, I always use a new implant when it is deemed necessary to exchange implants for whatever reason and at whatever time it has been since surgery. Fat transfer for correcting breast reduction?

Fat grafting is an effective way to enhance breast shape and volume but it is important to know that the amount of volume that can be transferred at any one time has limitations and it usually requires multiple rounds of fat grafting to achieve optimal results in the absence of using breast implants. Experience and studies show that about 2/3-3/4 of the transferred fat will survive. Cost will vary so it will be important to partner with an experienced plastic surgeon who can work with you to achieve your desired aesthetic goals over time. Will i asleep doing breast augmentation surgery with slicone breast implants

During the recovery process you will be asked to wear a compression bra that may then transition into a sports bra. Recovery will vary for everyone but most people are back to their usual activities by 3-4 weeks and back to more vigorous athletic activities by 6-8 weeks. Marathon training can put some addition stresses on your body so it would be wise to discuss this with your surgeon.
