No definition in neck

Liposuction

Member Response:

Stephanie thank you for your question. You are not alone. I as well as many of my colleagues have made many people happy eith the procedures to fix the defination of your neck. Small jaw bones are best augmented with a chin implant. Fat under the neck responds very well to Liposculpture liposuction. If there is saggy skin a neck lift will improve it. See a board certified Asaps plastic surgeon. Vectra 3 dimensional imaging may help you realize the possible improvements with careful delicate conservative plastic surgery. Good luck.

Sad belly button and indent

Tummy Tuck

Member Response:

A frowning belly button with skin irregularities below it, something you do not want to live with. I believe that a carefully planned abdominoplasty that addresses your belly button would definitely improve your frown to a tiny smile. I have created many heart shaped small belly buttons that can be done again. See a board certified ASAPS plastic surgeon in consultation. A limited neoumbilicoplasty is possible. Good luck...

To lift or to lift and reduce

Breast Lift

Member Response:

It sounds like your body has 42 G s that are proportional to your body but saggy. A cosmetic lift can be done by a board certified Asaps plastic surgeon. It would be difficult for most plastic surgeons not to reduce such huge breasts at the time of lift. Good luck.

Eyelid Surgery

Member Response:

You would definitely benefit from a bilateral lower blepharoplasty. Your crow's feet would respond to a Nueromodulator injectable like Botox or Xeomin. Good luck...

Member Response:

considering your circumstance, I would recommend muscle nerve stimulation by a physical therapist. It is possible to purchase one as well. Good luck...

Hooded eyelids

Eyelid Surgery

Member Response:

Hooded eyes can be caused by extra skin of the eyelids or brow ptosis. If your brow is under the superior orbital boney ridge, you may have brow ptosis which is improved with a brow lift. Extra skin of the upper eyelids is best treated under local anesthesia with conscious sedation. You will be asked to open and close your eyes during the procedure to ensure you can fully open and close your eyes. Good luck...

Liposuction

Member Response:

lipsuction or liposculpture was designed for removal of fatty deposits unresponsive to diet and exercise. The areas you describe are some of the favorite areas I treat. They generally are very responsive to liposuction treatment. See a board certified plastic surgeon in consultation. Good luck...

Cool sculpting , Sculpture or Liposuction?

Liposuction

Member Response:

Liposuction is definitely the more reliable and definitive procedure. using small cannulas the excess adipose tissue will be permanently removed by a skilled plastic surgeon. see a board certified plastic surgeon in consultation. Don't waste your money on cool sculpting.. It may be freezing cold but it is not cool... Good luck...

Liposuction

Member Response:

Liposuction or Liposculpture is a highly skilled procedure that requires extreme attention to the details of a patients individual problems. Lipsuction involves using a cannula to extract adipose tissue which is unresponsive to diet or exercise. The cannula is glided through the tissue similar to a violinist moving the bow on the strings of a violin. I have had a number of patients with lymphedema and lipo dystrophy of their legs. This is a difficult problem that requires exact coordination with a cooperative patient. Good luck.

Age restrictions?

Breast Lift

Member Response:

I have done cosmetic breast reductions and lifts in patients as young as 16. Key is that you have finished growing and you are mature enough to understand the risks and possible benefits of the procedure. See a board certified plastic surgeon in consultation. Good luck...

Nipple release

Breast Lift

Member Response:

Nipple inversion is a difficult problem to fix permanently. It sounds like your surgeon is doing reasonable procedures to address the problem. I usually use a permanent stitch under the nipple to establish projection after releasing nipple attachments. This procedure cam be done under local anesthesia in the office. After this procedure you cannot breast feed. Good luck...

Which procedure?

Breast Lift

Member Response:

Apparently you have bilateral breast hypertrophy and ptosis (sagging breasts). Best procedure is a bilateral breast reduction with lift. See a board certified plastic surgeon in consultation. Good luck.

Superpubic large fat pad

Tummy Tuck

Member Response:

I have seen this problem many times. Liposuction is my preferred first step in addressing a mons pubis which is creating an issue by being protuberant. Usually this can be done under local anesthesia alone. If the pubic skin is saggy then removal of the excess skin is indicated as a secondary procedure. It is amazing how much the skin can shrink over 6 months after the adipose (fat) tissue is removed. I prefer to address the mons pubis excess at the time of the abdominoplasty. See a board certified plastic surgeon in consultatuion. Good luck...
