This 34 year old female has quite a bit of her own natural breast tissue, and wanted to augment her current look. She was treated with with a 475 cc Motiva Ergo Demi silicone implant in the subglandular position via an infra-mammary incision by Dr. Scott Sattler of Sound Plastic Surgery in Seattle WA.
