To correct my patient Rita's tubular breast deformity and severe asymmetry in a single operation, I planned independent surgical interventions tailored to the distinct anatomical starting points of each breast. By performing fibrous band release, asymmetric pocket expansion, and inframammary fold alignment at varying degrees on each side, we transformed these two completely different structures into a single, aesthetically pleasing, and symmetrical result.
