To achieve a natural, gently sloping breast contour, teardrop anatomical implants were selected and placed using a dual-plane technique tailored to the patient's specific anatomy. The upper portion of the implant was positioned behind the pectoralis muscle to ensure smooth soft tissue coverage, while the lower pole was covered only by the breast gland to allow for natural expansion. Additionally, a precisely sized surgical pocket was created to securely anchor the textured implant and minimize any risk of rotation.
