You can see immediate results, though not full results. Although I was in a lot of pain, I couldn't help but notice my belly was immediately gone. Thank you! Dr. Nichter is extremely patient, kind, and explains things in laymen terms. He cares for his patients and it comes across that way. The doctor had a calm demeanor and was not at all pushy or attempting to sway me one way or another. The wait times to see him directly were minimal. The supporting staff was helpful and made me feel REALLY comfortable. The consultation office does not feel like a hospital or doctor's office. I had a great experience with the surgeon, getting questions answered and getting call backs on the information I needed. Though, there were questions regarding pain management that I did not know to ask but only emphasize that they drive home that this is not a painless procedure.

Constricted breasts

Yes, it is possible for women like you with tuberous breasts, "constricted breasts" to be improved. Although an in-office examination is required it appears that a breast lift, areolar reduction, and fat transfer would significantly improve your appearance. Please make sure the Plastic Surgeon you choose is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and that he/she has great reviews and is experienced in tuberous breast correction. Statistically, It is extremely likely that both implants are ruptured after 20 yrs and because Mammogram, ultrasound, and MRI cannot detect all of the rupture cases and it is estimated that in the USA alone. Even if it was not, it will be soon. There are perhaps 150,000 cases of silent rupture of silicone implants. I recommend en bloc explantation. for any ruptured implant, and I would replace both. Consider some alternatives like the IDEAL® saline implant engineered to feel like a silicone or using your own fat ("California Breast Lift") or cohesive silicone gel implants.

Dr Nichter and his staff were exemplary in the service they provided to me. He is a very good listener and I felt he heard and understood my concerns going into this surgery. His staff is over the top friendly and helpful. With regard to the surgery itself, I had wanted to do it for years. My upper eyelids were very droopy and I had puffy bags under my eyes that really aged me. When I looked in the mirror each day I had a hard time looking at those eyelids because I didn't feel they represented the way I feel. When I finally decided to move forward with the surgery I interviewed a couple different surgeons. Dr Nichter was referred to me by a friend so I decided to interview him as well. After meeting with him the first time I knew he was the doctor for me. His credentials are impeccable and his bedside manner is respectful, thoughtful, and very down to earth. The surgery went very well and my recovery went ahead of schedule. I actually got a call from him the evening of my surgery to see how I was doing. That meant a lot to both me and my husband. I was surprised by the fact that I didn't have much discomfort. Swelling was expected but pain from the surgery was minimal. Day by day the swelling subsided and now at about eight weeks out the swelling is completely gone. Recently, my husband and I had professional pictures taken for our business. Pictures had been a source of disappointment for me for years prior to this procedure. When we received the photos back from our photographer I was amazed to find that I liked almost every single picture of me. Amazing!! That made me quite happy.I really appreciate what Dr. Nichter has done for me. I have a natural looking result and my friends and clients compliment me on how good I look these days. It feels great!I highly recommend Dr Nichter and his team. They are simply the best.

I'm a slim and very fit woman in her mid thirties and have been wanting to get rid of my small pooch for years. I knew there was a six pack hiding underneath because I've done consistent Ab work since I was a teen. After a c-section there was definitely a tiny overhang of fat above my scar that prevented me from wearing tight clothes. Dr. Nichter did an amazing job contouring my abs. Although the amount of fat taken out was less then a pound, the improvement in the silhouette of my abs is very noticeable! It takes a lot of skill to do very precise lipo sculpting on a thin patient like me and my results are beautiful! I'm not going to lie, I was worried about some swelling and grooves in my stomach in the early weeks, but now, almost at three months post surgery I look excellent! Everything evened out and healed perfectly and I'm beach ready! Yay!

It was a scary and exciting procedure. The nurses answered all my questions and eased my mind in a personal manner, even if some of my questions were a bit off the wall. They payed attention to me as an individual, I didn't feel like I was just another patient. The overall experience, before and after the surgery, the milestones, were all explained and pretty spot on. I didn't have any surprises or unlikely expectations. I healed as planned and didn't experience as much pain as I anticipated. Dr. Nichter did an excellent job of giving me exactly what I wanted. I felt like him and his staff took the time to understand my personality and modesty levels

I've been so self-conscious about my breasts nearly my entire life but weight loss and raising a child left them so deflated I just couldn't take feeling so bad about myself anymore. The day after surgery I felt sexier, more feminine and felt this confidence come back that left me so long ago. I am over 2 months post-op - I look great, feel great and I'm just overall a happier person, wife and mom. I don't dread looking in the mirror anymore - instead I get excited to put on old clothes from the back of the closet and see how awesome they look on me now. I love it! Dr. Nichter has such a genuine bedside manner and is exceptional at what he does.
