I don’t know what else to do

Breast Augmentation

I recently lost 40lb after working my ass off for it. I thought I would be happy with myself after I reached my goals, however I am more miserable now than I have ever been. I’m at 19.4% body fat, 119 pounds and 5’6. Is fat transfer an option? Or will I have to get implants? Any other options? Birth control? Eat estrogen rich foods? Massage?I want +1.5 to fill in and make me not look like a dude

What is this thing in my armpit? :O

General Reconstruction

April: large axillary mass appears on right. After 2 failed derm visits-went to my PC. Exam, mammo, MRI-, no COVID vax prob. It's causing tingling in my hand. I am no stranger to plast surg & know this is a dangerous area for surgery. How do I find someone truly qualified & willing to take on something like this? TY

Can body shape beat out BMI?

Panniculectomy

I'm 5'5", 375 lbs. Lost over 100 lbs 5 years ago, approved for a medically necessary panniculectomy & maintained my weight at 350 lbs for that time. High A1C disqualified me, A1C is now under control. 'Apron' is so large, I can't step onto a curb without help. New physical limitations, starting to gain weight. Have been working with a dietitian. Just want to not hurt & improve life. HELP?!

What type of permanent procedure?

Chemical Peels, IPL, Fractional CO2 Laser Treatments

I am not a fan of injectables, have been using retinol for a little bit, but it seems to make it worse. I would like to get rid of the crow’s feet, that appear when I smile, and also the wrinkling underneath my eyes. I really don’t have an issue with any other part of my face, but it’s my eyes.

Setting Realistic Goals

Thursday, September 4, 2025

"Remember, we can sort of reverse the hands of time, we can't stop them. So, we could definitely rejuvenate you. We can definitely go backwards. However, how far backwards really depends on what you want, your genetics, what's been going on recently."

How Long Do Botox and Fillers Really Last?

Friday, August 29, 2025

"Botox typically lasts between two and four months, and that is the expectation that you'll need a treatment either three or four times a year if you wanna maintain your results. Modern day fillers tend to last longer than six months, so most fillers last about 12 to 18 months."

Choose a Surgeon You Trust

Wednesday, August 27, 2025

"The trust between a patient and their plastic surgeon is vital. First of all, surgery – and plastic surgery – is a journey. So, you're starting from one place, you wanna make sure that that person that you're starting that journey with as a physician and a patient is someone that you trust and you think understands you and knows your goals and where you wanna be."
