Hello! I’m a 19 year old female who has had a lot of problems with body image growing up. due to this, I would try to make my breasts as small as possible to appear smaller in clothes. I have grown out of all of that now, but years of unsafe finding have made my breasts large and saggy and despite being on a health journey, and now losing weight safely, the size of my breast, never seem to decreas
Hi, I had surgery back ln Feb 2025 to exchange my implants, I got bigger implants with a higher profile, i started noticing when i bend down my right implant looked distorted, i went back into surgery and they added the Galaflex mesh, but after a few month it looks the same when i bend down, is this normal? What can i do? First photo is with the Galaflex, second photo is before the Mesh.
What kinds of surgery are out there for women with obesity who don't want to do bariatric surgery?

had bad turkey neck. surgeon told me with the neck lift I needed a lower face lift. fine. now I need a "revision" on the neck lift because of a large area of skin hanging under my chin BUT another doctor (my family physician) said something is wrong with the facelift (it is 9 months since the surgery)....lines on the sides of my face!! suggestion? change surgeons? can it be fixed?

I know to look for a board certified surgeon, but what are some other things you look for to find the "best" surgeon?
I was promised Aesthetic Results from a Lipo 360, Abdominoplasty, and Gynocomastia surgery. these are my results 10 months after the procedure, should I be furious?? Corrective surgery was not offered. I do not know where to even turn anymore, no attorney wants to take my case even though I have 3 key points to prove my surgeons negligence. I want input from the surgeons of this community.

"I think our techniques and technology for a breast and body surgery can take years off of ourselves. With mommy makeovers, tummy tucks, breast lifts, augmentations, we can really put people's bodies back to how they looked and sometimes even an improvement from 20 years before or before they had children."
"You're paying for safety and knowledge and expertise."
"The neck is less, is the least forgiving part of the face. It has a different cellular makeup, it ages faster, and you can look at the, as people say, our facelifts are judged by how good our necks look."
Giving and receiving plastic surgery as a holiday gift can be tricky. Fortunately, there are ways to give and receive plastic surgery tastefully, so everyone comes out happy and with precisely what they've been hoping for, making the holiday season merry and bright.
If you're active on social media and pulled into the plastic surgery algorithm, it's likely you've seen the recent chatter around the "$300,000 facelift."
Sometimes, the holidays are the only time of year people see friends and relatives, and they want to look their best. If you want to shine brighter than the tinsel and star that adorn your tree, the time to start planning your noninvasive glow-up is right now.
