Hello, Ive had an upper bleph done twice, for very hooded eyes. The first time left a large scar on the outside of right eye, it was done about 10 years ago, the second was performed last year and my eyes look exactly the same, no results, except the scar in now further out towards my temple. The bleph corrected some hoodedness, but my eyes are tiny-is there any way to enlarge my eyes?
Had gynecomastia surgery a year ago. My surgeon did a follow up “nipple butt excision” (I think that’s what the nurse called it). Anyway, it’s been 5 weeks and now my nipples stick out much worse and hard very hard, like there are masses behind them pushing them out to be very pointy. Is this scar tissue? Can it be resolved with surgery? Waiting for my follow up but very upset. Much worse now
I was wondering what size I would be after surgery. I’m currently a 42J, and have been approved for surgery. My doctor when I asked what size I’ll be stated “I don’t know what size you’ll be but I can say you’ll be smaller and perkier but not small”…he also informed me that he would be removing 3.3lbs from each side. It’s hard to shop for bras if not knowing the size, any help would be great.

Hello! I’ve received the observations on the picture attached, from a CT scan today. What would you suggest to discuss with a plastic surgeon for the best way to remove this? I’ve been through interventional radiology and was referred to plastic surgery since not much could be done.

Can someone please post the ASPS guidelines/requirements for Transgender Breast Augmentation Surgery?
"I like to say that surgery isn't just the two or three hours in the operating room. It's the couple weeks to a month before surgery and the two months or so after surgery that really contributes to the surgical result and the surgical experience, both in terms of outcome and safety of the procedure."
"When I think of culture, and I think of millennials, some of the characteristics that pop out... they're confident, they're optimistic, they're tolerant. Some of the key features are delayed family planning. People are getting married later and having kids later. People are congregating in bigger cities, more focus on education. I think a lot of these unique elements to this generation, coupled with the exposure to the internet and the various facets of social media, will create this whole new generation of plastic surgery patients."
"People are so busy today. I find that a lot of our patients just... want several things, and it's just efficient for time management. It's actually cheaper to do combination procedures. I always say it's kind of one long nonstop flight instead of two direct flights, so financially, it makes more sense."
The fear of undergoing a surgical procedure has kept many potential patients from pursuing plastic surgery to address an area of concern. And cosmetic procedures can seem extra daunting when considering the need for an extensive recovery period. Yet oftentimes, patients can achieve the results they want with increasingly popular and accessible minimally invasive procedures.
After undergoing a plastic surgery procedure, it is important to diligently follow all postoperative instructions provided by your plastic surgeon. One of the most critical aspects of those postoperative guidelines? Wearing the proper compression garments.
A well-sculpted jawline and defined chin can signal attractiveness, masculinity and confidence in a mature male face. Yet, many men start to see double chins, loose skin and jowls – especially as they age. And for some, nature never gave others a strong jawline in the first place.
