Andre Panossian, MD

Most plastic surgeons specialize in cosmetic or reconstructive surgery. Dr. Andre Panossian does both -- and that's why patients travel nationally to his Pasadena, CA practice. His reconstructive expertise in facial paralysis, Lengthening Temporalis Myoplasty (LTM), and neurofibromatosis gives him anatomical precision that elevates his deep plane facelift and rhinoplasty results. When results need to look natural, reconstructive training is the difference. He accepts patients nationally.

Meet Dr. Andre Panossian

Dr. Andre Panossian, MD is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon in Pasadena, California, serving patients from Los Angeles, Southern California, and across the United States.

A graduate of Tufts University School of Medicine with over 20 years of experience, Dr. Panossian holds a dual focus that sets him apart from aesthetic-only plastic surgeons: he performs both cosmetic and complex reconstructive surgery of the face. He is affiliated with Huntington Health Medical Center and has been named a Castle Connolly Top Doctor.

His specialties include deep plane facelift, rhinoplasty (primary, revision, and ethnic rhinoplasty for Middle Eastern and Asian patients), facial paralysis treatment, facial reanimation surgery, smile reanimation, and neurofibromatosis reconstruction. His reconstructive background gives him a structural precision in aesthetic surgery that purely cosmetic-focused surgeons do not have.

Dr. Panossian is the developer of an ASPS-recognized technique for smile reanimation in facial paralysis patients using Lengthening Temporalis Myoplasty (LTM). He has published peer-reviewed research on facial reanimation and reconstructive surgery, and has been featured on TLC's About Face for his work with neurofibromatosis patients. His work has been covered by E! Online and FOX 11 Los Angeles.

Patients seeking rhinoplasty, deep plane facelift, facial paralysis surgery, or complex reconstructive procedures are welcome from both local and out-of-state locations.

Severe deviated septum

Rhinoplasty

Member Response:

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. A third revision rhinoplasty is not to be taken lightly. It is important to understand the magnitude of what this means. Specifically, there is nearly a 100% chance of requiring rib cartilage to help restore the function and appearance of the nose. If there is septal perforation, then the process of reconstruction will be more involved and will likely require staged surgeries.
