Facilities
In Office – many procedures can be performed in Dr. Kulick’s office. These include; scar revision, laser treatments, hair reduction, acne treatment, BoTox or other neurotoxins, skin fillers like Juvaderm, Belatero, one’s own fat, cellulite treatment, non-surgical skin tightening, photo rejuvenation and more.
Accredited Surgical Facilities – Dr. Kulick preforms procedures that require intravenous sedation or general anesthesia in locations that are certified by California State requirements.

Yes you should be able to receive a cheek filler and a neurotoxin before your surgery. To be sure you should ask your surgeon that is performing your surgical lip lift.

I like others am confused with your terminology. A "Z" pasty can be performed as w way to directly reduce neck skin laxity. I suggest you consult with a board certified pasty surgeon to help you with your concerns.

As many above have mentioned, while cost is a factor, it should not be your current focus. A face-to-face consultation with a ASPS member should be your next step. Depending on what areas you want treated, a lot of skin elasticity is reduced by the time one reaches 51 y/o. Having hanging skin may be the outcome if fat is removed. The problem for providing you sound advice vs. discussing all pathways for treating scars is that I do not know what your scar looks like. Do tummy tuck scars go away?

Great questions! The most important component is that you do NOT assume that you will have an ugly scar. Scars are permanent but not always ugly. Most scars improve with time. For sure, some patients scars may benefit from a revision. The upside is that you will receive a flatter tummy area and you can wear your two-piece swim suit.
How much pain can you expect after a breast augmentation surgery?

There are two factors that determine one's "pain" after a procedure. One is the actual procedure and most would agree if the implants are put below the muscle vs. on top of the muscle, the former is more painful. How one processes the painful stimuli is another important factor. Some patients have a lower pain threshold. However, your consultation with a Board Certified plastic surgeon will determine the correct implant placement and post operative pain management. Regarding the opioid crisis, this usually is referring to doctors that provide opioids for financial gain vs. following a surgical procedure. If you need to use narcotic, that's the right thing to do. Hope this helps.

I feel I received the BEST facelift ever from Dr. Kulick and I am 1 year after surgery – facelift and lower eyelids. I looked at his website and all of the patients looked naturally younger and not pulled. There was a smooth transition between my lower eyelid and cheek. As a hair stylist, I was so happy that I did not have scars in the hairline behind my ears. My scars are barely visible and this is important as I have darker skin that is prone to being raised. After making the big decision to have facial surgery finding the best surgeon may be even a greater decision. It's been 6 years since my surgery and I look naturally younger than my peers. KGF - A decision to undertake aesthetic plastic surgery is a very personal experience. In my case, it took me several years of contemplation to take this big step. My primary concern was about finding the appropriate surgeon that had the technical skills and communication abilities I could trust, with regards to my face. I reviewed websites and consulted with several in both the San Francisco and L.A. areas. I also spoke with friends who had similar concerns, many of which had cosmetic surgery performed by other doctors. After doing my research, I felt most comfortable with Dr. Kulick.
