Education and Training
Dr. Jaibaji graduated from Al Mustansiriya Medical School, Baghdad , Iraq. He trained in General surgery and Plastic Surgery in the UK and the USA. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England since 1995 and a diplomate of the American Board of Surgery since 2005. In the US, Dr. Jaibaji completed his general surgery training at St. Joseph Mercy-Oakland Hospital, Pontiac, Michigan. He completed a formal training in plastic surgery at the University of Oklahoma, Oklahoma City Health and Science campus. His ongoing education includes post-doctoral training at the University of Southern California and training in New York at the prestigious Lenox Hill Hospital and the Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital. Prior to moving to the United States, Dr. Jaibaji trained in plastic and reconstructive surgery in England at three prestigious centers: Oxford, Leeds, and Liverpool. Dr. Jaibaji is a double board-certified surgeon, certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery.
Dr. Jaibaji has made numerous contributions to the medical and surgical fields through the publication of many research projects. He has published several papers in plastic surgery journals and other surgery journals, and he also has presented at numerous medical conferences both in the United States and internationally.

Hi Erica, Mommy makeover involve reshaping the body and breast. Each patient has different goals and require a different procedure. Therefore pricing can only be give after an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon. But I can give you a price range; $15,000- $22,000.

Gynecomastia

The answer to two is you don't have to get the procedure. For question one; not sure I can understand your concerns. But, in general, one patient can have different grades of gynecomastia. The incision in the areola is done to remove the hard tissue under the areola. I recommend you get a consultation to clarify your concerns.

Generally speaking you can have both procedures at the same time. Your plastic surgeon surgeon will advise you on this. However, to be more accurate, it will depend on the type of tummy tuck ( mini, standard, circumferential) and the type of arm lift. And whether liposuction is needed. Your consultation with will help clarify all that.

Thank you for the question. The scar is permanent after tummy tuck but it tends to get better overtime. It may take up to two years to settle. Anything after that is likely to be permanent. Using scar treatments will help in improving the color and thickness of the scar. Your plastic surgeon should discuss scarring before a tummy tuck.
How much pain can you expect after a breast augmentation surgery?

Thank you for the question. Pain after breast augmentation is very variable. Most patient will end up needing some opioid for the first few day after surgery. This should not cause an addiction issue. Some patients can get relief Wirth simply using Tylenol. I do not recommend using Advil after surgery because of the bleeding risk.
