Breast lift with augmentation issues- HELP!

Breast Lift

It has been 1 year and 4 months since my initial surgery. The surgeon had to correct his work with a 2nd procedure. My areolas are so scarred and almost look mangled. One implant is obviously larger and lower than the other. The scarring is horrible. I did everything I was told to do during the healing process. What can I do about this if anything? I'm really unhappy with the results.

Failed implant or not?

Breast Augmentation

I had a breast reconstruction with implant under the muscle 7 weeks ago. After week 1 I developed a seroma that drained for 5 weeks. Didn’t respond to antibiotics so culture threw E.coli. Did 9 days of IM Ertapenem to save the surgery. Breast feels that pulls when I use the muscle. Draining stoped but how do I know if I will have to remove the implant or if antibiotics were enough? My PS is abroad

Explant procedure without capsule removal

Breast Implant Removal

I want to remove my silicone implants after having them for 13 years. Never had any problems with them doesn’t feel like they rupture everything fine. I want an explant procedure without capsule removal. Is it harmful/dangerous if I leave capsule?

Implant not dropping after falling from snowboarding

Breast Reduction

Got my breast done in another state, from Arizona so it’s hard going back and forth, 1 month after I got a reduction and implant, I went snowboarding- I know stupid. I ended up falling on my breasts, ended up being infected from falling and I drained lots of green fluid, finally healed 2/3 weeks later. Will my right breast ever drop? Or did I create scar tissue to where it’s not dropping been 2mo

Lipohypotrophy

Liposuction

RESOLVED: Wondering if any docs on the site have experience treating lipohypotrophy in T1 diabetic patients. I have bumps of fatty and scar tissue from decades of insulin use despite rotation of sites for injection. This is goes back to the days of beef and pork insulin. I’m 53. I’ve seen clinical studies that show good results from liposuction. The sites are unusable for my pump.

Any Residency Programs Performing Medically Required Breast Reduction

Breast Reduction

Wondering if there are any residency programs in the DC area that will perform "medically required breast reduction." I tried for 10 years now and have been declined three time and twice after appeal All five times denial. Though I lost weight I am declined and now I am looking to see if I may go via a Medical residency program in the area for acceptance.

Breast Reconstruction

Recently underwent an inverted nipple surgery which literally took 15 mins. as soon as I looked down I was confused because it looked nothing like anything I’d seen from doing a little of my own research. I immediately expressed my concerns and was sent home. “Too much swelling to tell” came for my follow up appointment and same thing. They don’t look right!!!

"I said, 'This is it. Cut that breast off. Get it off. Get rid of it.' At that point, I took a whole different perspective and had a 'bye-bye breast' party. I invited my friends over, and we saluted that breast for being there for as long as it had."

"They ended up going in six times, and they just slowly cut off half of my nose. I remember calling my agent while I was in there going, 'I'm not going to be able to shoot next week because I have half a nose.'"
