How to remove bumps on bridge of nose without surgery or filler?-Bumps after rhinoplasty w/ infectf

2013 I had a septoplasty, then broke nose, 2014 had an open reconstructive rhinoplasty (turned to be a beak nose), and 2015 had a closed reconstructive rhinoplasty with infections (Acinetobacter, anaerobic, pseudomonas, staph, and yeast) and was hospitalized and treated with a 3 month picc line. I have bumps on the top nose bridge. Is there any help with the bumps without surgery or filler?
