Hi, I had surgery back ln Feb 2025 to exchange my implants, I got bigger implants with a higher profile, i started noticing when i bend down my right implant looked distorted, i went back into surgery and they added the Galaflex mesh, but after a few month it looks the same when i bend down, is this normal? What can i do? First photo is with the Galaflex, second photo is before the Mesh.
Hello, I have been struggling mightily to locate a provider to assist me with thoracic nerve pain/damage after a breast reduction in 2012. I have been searching for help regarding interventional and surgical options along with direction on what type of imaging or nerve conduction testing I would best be served by to identify neuroma location? I would be extremely grateful for any assistance
Looking for some guidance. I lost 105lbs and had awful turkey neck, so I got a facelift/necklift/ upper bleph. I’ve noticed asymmetrical results as seen in the pics below. I went Back to my surgeon to address the concern and he said he didn’t think it was too concerning. I feel Like i need a revision but do not want to spend even more $ and recovery time. Is this acceptable? Am I overreacting?

I lost a lot of weight and now I have excess skin everywhere. I can’t afford skin lift surgery and my ex husband left me with nothing financially. I know this is probably something that should be on the back burner but I tried to start dating and I’m really embarrassed. Someone even told me that they don’t lik that. This is mentally frustrating to me as I can’t be upset since it’s the truth.
"I personally would guide you to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, which has excellent, excellent, patient-facing education, which is in a language that is easily understandable, approachable and is real."
"In general, it's not necessarily the best thing for you if you're copying someone else's look. You're a unique individual. And so we have to make your facial features and other body features sort of holistic with the rest of your overall appearance."
"I wouldn't necessarily recommend that someone undergo a facelift or a neck lift to try to prevent future aging. I like to address whatever the presentation is at the time."
Social media platforms have created a constant stream of highly edited, carefully selected images that can subtly and sometimes significantly shift perceptions of beauty, aging and self-worth. For many patients, especially younger generations, the line between enhancement and expectation has become increasingly blurred.
Procedures that once dominated headlines and consultation rooms are now being reconsidered as new techniques, technologies and patient preferences reshape the landscape of plastic surgery.
For many patients, deciding to undergo plastic surgery is a deeply personal choice. Emotional readiness plays an important role in a patient's physical recovery, overall satisfaction with their procedure and long-term self-perception in the months and years after the procedure.
