Hello, I have been struggling mightily to locate a provider to assist me with thoracic nerve pain/damage after a breast reduction in 2012. I have been searching for help regarding interventional and surgical options along with direction on what type of imaging or nerve conduction testing I would best be served by to identify neuroma location? I would be extremely grateful for any assistance
Hello, I am 21F cis and i'd like some advice on how I can feminise my eyes as I feel they're not the most feminine. Is my eye structure normal? Too close? Too far apart? Too small? Recessed? TIA!

I had liposuction today on my hips, thighs, knees, calves, and ankles. I specifically asked for a noticeable thigh gap. With the compression stockings on, I do have a small thigh gap, but when I took them off briefly to go to the bathroom, my inner thighs looked the same as before—no thigh gap at all! My calves already seem a bit slimmer, but I can’t help feeling a little worried.

"I wouldn't necessarily recommend that someone undergo a facelift or a neck lift to try to prevent future aging. I like to address whatever the presentation is at the time."
"I have a lot of patients who have really strict diets. They're vegan, they're vegetarian, they're pescatarian. And sometimes that's okay, but it's so important to eat protein. So, we really have a detailed conversation about how much protein they're getting."

This approach reflects a shift away from dramatic transformations toward more subtle enhancements that help men look refreshed and confident, yet natural.
As Millennials move into their 30s and 40s, their approach to aging is starting to look distinctly different from the generations that came before them. Rather than waiting for more visible signs of aging to appear and then seeking out dramatic surgical transformations, many Millennials are taking a more measured, proactive approach.
For many patients, injectables such as neuromodulators and dermal fillers are often their first step into aesthetic treatment. However, as the years go on, some patients notice a shift. Results that once felt seamless and effective may not last as long or deliver the same level of improvement.
