I don’t know what else to do

Breast Augmentation

I recently lost 40lb after working my ass off for it. I thought I would be happy with myself after I reached my goals, however I am more miserable now than I have ever been. I’m at 19.4% body fat, 119 pounds and 5’6. Is fat transfer an option? Or will I have to get implants? Any other options? Birth control? Eat estrogen rich foods? Massage?I want +1.5 to fill in and make me not look like a dude

What is this thing in my armpit? :O

General Reconstruction

April: large axillary mass appears on right. After 2 failed derm visits-went to my PC. Exam, mammo, MRI-, no COVID vax prob. It's causing tingling in my hand. I am no stranger to plast surg & know this is a dangerous area for surgery. How do I find someone truly qualified & willing to take on something like this? TY

Revision Mastopexy

Breast Lift

Is it possible for a new plastic surgeon to perform a revision mastopexy on me if they do not know the position of the vascular pedicles to my nipple areola complex from my initial mastopexy? I tried to get this information from the surgeon who performed my initial mastoepxy but like he is unfortunately withholding this information. Thank you.
