The most important issue here is to maintain perfusion to nipple areolar complex. Unless,, the breast tissue is extremely thin after capsulectomy, a peri-areolar lift may be done at the same time with or without autologous fat grafting. I have performed this safely. Thank you.

Minimally invasive techniques add a whole new dimension to contouring face and body. However, they have limitations and can not be compared to surgical results. Important factors to consider are - quality of soft tissue, extent of sagging and the desired improvement. Feel free to have a consultation with a plastic surgeon who offers minimally invasive procedures. Thank you.
