Travel

The discounted fares apply for a travel window that includes three days before and three days after the Advocacy Fly-In meeting dates. Please note that standard change and baggage fees apply, and the discount cannot be combined with any other discounted fare.
Airport Transportation
The headquarters hotel, the Hilton Washington DC National Mall The Wharf, is located approximately 5 miles from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) and 30 miles from Washington Dulles International (IAD). Taxis and various ride-sharing companies are readily available at both airports.
Registration Information
Registration is now open for all ASPS members who are legal U.S. residents, including active candidates for membership, as well as residents and fellows. To reserve your place at the Advocacy Summit, please click the "Register Now" button and fill out the registration form. Once you have completed the form, ASPS staff will contact you to confirm your registration.
Registration is complimentary for all domestic ASPS members, including residents and fellows.

*The registration closing date is a soft deadline. Registrations may continue to be accepted through the day of the event, subject to event capacity. Members registering after February 3 are not guaranteed access to the ASPS hotel room block.
