ASPS requests that all affiliate societies in the ASPS State Partnership Program resubmit their Society Profile following the appointment of new society leadership.
Many local, state and regional plastic surgery affiliates require that their members are also members of ASPS. ASPS can confirm the membership status of physicians for affiliate society staff.
ASPS stands ready to support its local, state and regional society partners as they advocate on key issues. Through the State Advocacy Grants, ASPS provides assistance to societies who are pursuing a legislative goal or fighting a policy in their state that would have a clear impact on the practice of plastic surgery or on our patients. State advocacy grants, up to $10,000, are selectively awarded to state, regional or local plastic surgery specialty societies. Grant applications and awardee determinations will be accepted and made on a rolling basis until the funding pool runs out annually.
