Driven by a mission to better engage international members and incorporate their diverse experiences into projects that will advance the field of plastic surgery around the world, the ASPS International Young Plastic Surgeons (IYPS) Forum provides a synergy that will help grow strong ties for the future of our societies and specialty.
A Message From the Chair
The ASPS International Young Plastic Surgeons (IYPS) Forum is a global community dedicated to supporting early-career plastic surgeons outside the United States. The Forum provides international young plastic surgeons with unique opportunities for professional growth through global networking, cultural exchange, mentorship, leadership development and active involvement in ASPS programs.
Serving as a bridge between emerging plastic surgeons around the world and established ASPS leaders, the iYPS Forum fosters cross-border collaboration and promotes innovation and fresh perspectives in the specialty.
All international plastic surgeons under the age of 42 and/or in practice for fewer than eight years are invited to join the IYPS Forum and become part of a vibrant network shaping the future of plastic surgery worldwide.
